The massage therapist has the right to terminate the session at any moment, in the event the therapist feels uncomfortable or any inappropriate or illicit behavior or remarks are made  from the client.

The client can end the session at any moment if they feel uncomfortable or for any reason.

Draping will be provided in a way that does not expose the client and ensures safety, comfort, privacy, and respect by complying with the client’s level of comfort.

The client may undress to their level of comfort.

Any business done will be in accordance with the highest legal, ethical, and professional standards in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. 

To cancel or reschedule, reply to your confirmation text or contact us by call or text at 440-290-9265.

Confirmation texts are sent 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. All cancellations are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reply.

Emergencies and extenuating circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis, please contact us as soon as possible. Any applicable charge will be charged to the card on file and is non-refundable.
