Policies and Protocols

The massage therapist has the right to terminate the session at any moment, in the event the therapist feels uncomfortable or any inappropriate or illicit behavior or remarks are made  from the client.

The client can end the session at any moment if they feel uncomfortable or for any reason.

Draping will be provided in a way that does not expose the client and ensures safety, comfort, privacy, and respect by complying with the client’s level of comfort.

The client may undress to their level of comfort.

Any business done will be in accordance with the highest legal, ethical, and professional standards in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours notice from appointment time must be provided if cancellation or rescheduling an appointment is needed, To allow us to fill the appointment with another client or compensate the therapist. If you do not give at least 24 hours notice you will be charged 30% of the scheduled service. I strictly adhere to my cancellation policy out of respect for my other clients.
